The proposed 20-year, $2.67 billion RTA Next plan of the Regional Transportation Authority will fund additional low- and no-cost alternatives to driving. Alternative modes of transportation enhance mobility and accessibility and provide options to reduce personal fuel expenses, limit gas emissions, and save time.
