Small Business Assistance
The MainStreet Business Assistance Program, funded by the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), offers free, expert support to help businesses stay strong before and during roadway construction funded by the RTA.
The program was created for the 2006 voter-approved RTA plan and would continue
in the proposed $2.67 billion RTA Next plan, which voters will consider in March 2026.
